Mrs. Jessie was born on April 21, 1960, in Big Falls, Belize District, where the largest rapid on the Belize River is located. She is the eighth of thirteen children, with one brother and twelve sisters. She is well known in her community for her hard work and dedication to supporting young women.

     Mrs. Jessie Young was raised on a farm, where she learned the importance of hard work and self sufficiency from an early age. Her father held a job at Hill Bank, while her mother managed the farm, handling the daily demands of growing their own food and running the household. Every morning, Mrs. Jessie helped on the farm and returned in the evening after school to assist again. Her parents ensured that she and her siblings were always busy, with little time for idleness. This upbringing instilled in Mrs. Jessie has a strong work ethic and a deep appreciation for responsibility and resilience.




Mrs. Jessie Young exemplifies dedication in both her personal and professional life. Renowned for her creativity and sharp critical thinking, she consistently tackles challenges with a solution focused approach, earning a strong reputation for enhancing processes and delivering positive results in her career.
